We buy used cooking oil by weight, not by guesswork. One 15-litre tin of used oil weighs about 13.8 kg, because a litre of cooking oil weighs about 0.92 kg. Try it: set the tins you fill in a week and take the scale photo, just like we do at every pickup.

What do I get with every Reviron pickup?

Do you buy used cooking oil?
Yes. Reviron buys and collects used cooking oil. We weigh it at your door and pay you for every kg, by UPI or cash.
Do you charge for used cooking oil pickup?
No. Pickup is free. You get paid for your oil and a receipt for every collection.
What kind of oil do you collect?
Used cooking oil and waste frying oil from any vegetable oil: palm, sunflower, groundnut, soybean, rice bran, mustard, cottonseed and vanaspati. We do not collect engine or motor oil.

How do I request a pickup?
Install the free Reviron app, register your restaurant with your FSSAI number and tap Request pickup. You can also fill in the enquiry form or call us.
What happens to the oil you collect?
It goes to biodiesel makers and is turned into fuel. It never goes back into food.
How much oil do you need for a pickup?
A minimum quantity applies so the trip is worth it for both of us. One 15-litre tin of used oil weighs about 14 kg. The app shows the current minimum.
