What we collect
Restaurant details you enter: name, FSSAI number, address, location, GSTIN and UPI ID. Staff names, roles and mobile numbers used to log in. Pickup details: quantities, dates, photos of oil tins and the weighing scale, payment references and sign-off signatures. Messages between your restaurant and us, a phone notification token for pickup alerts, and the details you send through our enquiry form.
Why we use it
Only to reply to enquiries, schedule and record pickups, pay you, send alerts, and produce your receipts, disposal records and certificates. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Your restaurant's staff on the app and our collection team. The public QR check page shows only your restaurant name, town, the kg of oil recycled this year and your last pickup date.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with our cloud database provider (Supabase) and photos in its private storage. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, and enquiry emails are delivered through Web3Forms, a form email service. Phone alerts are sent through Expo and Google Firebase.
Your choices
You can update your restaurant details in the app at any time, delete your account from Profile in the app or on our delete account page, or ask us to delete your account and data by calling +91 95917 65635 or emailing info@wecollectusedoil.com. We keep pickup records needed for legal or tax reasons for as long as the law requires.
