What used cooking oil we buy
Used frying oil and waste cooking oil from any vegetable oil: palm, sunflower, groundnut, soybean, rice bran, mustard, cottonseed and vanaspati. Oil from kadais, deep fryers and tawas is all fine. We do not buy engine oil, motor oil or oil mixed with chemicals.
Getting the best rate
Clean oil is worth more. Strain out food bits, keep the tins closed so rain and washing water stay out, and do not mix in scrapings from drains or grease traps.
One litre of cooking oil weighs about 0.92 kg. A 15-litre tin of used oil is roughly 14 kg.

Questions about selling used cooking oil
Who buys used cooking oil?
Used cooking oil collectors like Reviron buy it from kitchens and supply it to biodiesel makers. Reviron picks it up free from your kitchen and pays you per kg.
How much do you pay for used cooking oil?
The rate per kg depends on the quantity and the quality of the oil, and on current biodiesel prices. Send us an enquiry or call and we will give you today's rate before we come.
Why do you pay by kg and not by litre?
Weight is exact. Litres change with temperature and a tin can hold water, food bits and foam. One litre of cooking oil weighs about 0.92 kg, so a rate per kg works out to roughly the same money per litre, measured fairly.
How do you pay?
On the spot at pickup, by UPI or cash, with a receipt and a photo of the scale reading.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Yes, so the trip is worth it for both sides. One 15-litre tin of used oil weighs about 14 kg. Store your used oil in tins with lids until you have enough.
